Well… I survived last year’s stair climb, so I figured that means I have to do it again.
This year, I’ll be climbing 42 stories to honor the firefighters, first responders, and innocent lives lost on one of our nation’s darkest days. I’ll also be climbing for those who continue to battle 9/11-related illnesses years later.
Firefighting and first responders are a big part of my family’s life, making this event especially meaningful to me. This year, I’m also hoping to beat my time from last year, so the training has officially begun.
