This year marks the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001. Like so many people, I will always remember where I was that day and the impact it had on our country.
I am participating in the Tunnel to Towers Climb to honor the memory of those who lost their lives, the courage of the first responders who answered the call, and the men and women of our military and veteran communities who continue to serve and sacrifice for others.
The story of FDNY firefighter Stephen Siller reminds us of the very best qualities of duty, selflessness, and service. Through the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, that legacy continues by supporting fallen and catastrophically injured first responders, military heroes, and their families.
If you are able, please consider making a donation. Thank you for helping support this important mission and for joining me in honoring America's heroes.
