This year, I’m proud to take part in my first Tunnel to Towers Foundation stair climb event. Inspired by fellow firefighters and chief officers who show up for this cause year after year, I've finally made the decision to sign up!
In the volunteer fire service, we all balance jobs, families, and daily responsibilities—but we still answer the call when our community needs us. That sense of service and commitment is exactly what Tunnel to Towers represents. Born from the tragedy of 9/11, the Tunnel to Towers Foundation carries forward a legacy of courage and heroism. Built upon the mantra, “While we have time, LET US DO GOOD,” the Foundation supports our nation’s fallen and catastrophically injured first responders, military heroes and their families.
This isn’t just another event—it’s about remembering those who gave everything and making sure their families are supported and never forgotten. It’s about standing behind the same values we live by: Service, sacrifice, and community.
If you’re able to donate, I’d truly appreciate it. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps make a real difference for these families.
Thank you for your support! 🚒
